GRAMMY® nominated, platinum selling band MercyMe continues to burn the charts this summer with their latest single, “Grace Got You” Featuring John Reuben, grasping the No.1 spot on the Billboard Christian Airplay. The new single has been featured in many popular playlists such as Spotify’s Top Christian, Apple Music’s A-List Christian, and Amazon Music’s Top 100 Most Played Christian, totaling at 12.6 million streams so far, and holds the No.5 spot on the Christian/Gospel Digital Track Sales chart. Their recent project I Can Only Imagine- The Very Best of MercyME has helped them keep their grasp on Christian radio with returning to the No.1 spot on Billboard’s Top Christian Albums chart and their last album Lifer still holds No.3. Their hit song “I Can Only Imagine” still holds the No.1 spot on Billboard’s Christian Digital Song Sales Chart.
The hit film “I Can Only Imagine,” which tells the story behind the hit song written by MercyMe’s front man, Bart Millard from their milestone album Almost There, has broken many records over the last year including one of the Top 15 grossing movies of 2018 and is still the number one selling DVD in the US since its June 5th release. The group has taken many honors this year including a K-LOVE Fan Award-Artist of the Year and their album Almost There was certified RIAA triple platinum for having sales of 3 million albums.
MercyMe has been a part of many Premier events this past summer including Kings Fest and Spirit Song. They are gearing up for “The Imagine Nation” Tour coming this Fall. MercyMe unites with friends Tenth Avenue North for a tour reaching over 20 cities.
