Matthew West’s “Unplanned” song has been released for download!. He wrote the title track for the upcoming movie by the same name. The movie is set to release in theaters everywhere on Friday, March 29.
“I wrote this song from the perspective of someone seeing their newborn baby for the first time,” West said. “I tried to capture the feelings I had when I first heard my own daughter’s heartbeat; the overwhelming sense of life that is precious, a life that is a miracle, and a life that is a gift. Unplanned, the title track for the Unplanned movie, is out now. I hope this song moves you the way it moved me.”
