“It’s a new year. A fresh start. I am looking forward to seeing so many of you this year during my Forever Grateful Tour. It’s an opportunity for me to say, ‘Thank you’ to you and to share so many things that I’ve learned along my journey.
“As I am in more ‘seasoned’ years of life, I have found that the more that I have learned, the less I know. Yet, what I know are the things that I will stake my life on. At the foundation of what I know are the truths from the Bible. I am especially grateful for my parents (pictured with me above), who instilled in me a desire to know and dive into the word of God from a very young age. They helped me see that it is God’s love for his creation and for his people that is at the very heart of the Bible. I find that as I open up God’s word, something new is revealed to me each time, and yet its roots are the same: love.”
