Premier Productions ranks as the 4th promoter in the world in ticket sales, according to Pollstar’s 1st quarter report of the Top 50 Promoters Worldwide for 2012. Live Nation, AEG Live and Feld Entertainer ranked in the first three positions. Premier Productions is the only exclusively Christian event promoter in the top 10. Premier’s signature tour – The Winter Jam Tour Spectacular 2012 – ranked No. 1 in attendance in the world for the second year, according to the first quarter report released by Pollstar. Winter Jam featured 10 of the top Christian artists in the industry, including Skillet, Sanctus Real, Peter Furler, Kari Jobe, Building 429, Group1Crew, and the founding band Newsong, along with nationally known speaker Nick Hall and illusionist Brock Gill. Pollstar calculated Winter Jam’s attendance for 46 cities during January through March, although the tour wrapped up the first weekend in April. There were more than ½ million attendees at Winter Jam during the first quarter. Other tours by Cirque du Soleil “Michael Jackson: The Immortal,” Roger Waters, The Black Keys, Jason Aldean, Jeff Dunham, “Rock and Worship Roadshow”, Brad Paisley, Snow Patrol and “X Factor Live” tours rounded out the Top 10 Tours in the nation.
