Eleven artists who work with Premier Productions have been nominated for this year’s Billboard Music Awards in the Christian and Gospel categories. We congratulate them all for their hard work and dedication to Christian music genres.
Lauren Daigle, Hillsong Worship, Skillet and Chris Tomlin are in the running for Top Christian Artist, while Kirk Franklin, Travis Greene, and Tamela Mann link arms as three of the nominees for Top Gospel Artist.
Top Christian Album nominees include Casting Crowns with their latest album The Very Next Thing, Lauren Daigle with her release How Can It Be and Skillet for Unleashed.
Tamela Mann (One Way), Kirk Franklin (Losing My Religion), Travis Greene (The Hill) and Tasha Cobbs (One Place: Live) are all in the running for Top Gospel Album.
Top Christian Song nominees include Lauren Daigle’s “Trust In You,” Skillet’s “Feel Invincible,” Ryan Stevenson’s (featuring Gabe Real) “Eye Of The Storm,” and Zach Williams’ “Chain Breaker.”
For Top Gospel Song, Tasha Cobbs (featuring Kierra Sheard) “Put A Praise On It,” Kirk Franklin “Wanna Be Happy?” and Travis Greene “Made A Way” are three of the five nominees in that category.

Following a cameo appearance on The Academy of Country Music Awards and singing a duet with Reba McEntire (Back to God), Lauren Daigle is currently on the OUTCRY Tour through mid-May with such great worship artists as Jesus Culture and Elevation Worship.
Casting Crowns is continuing “The Very Next Thing Tour” with stops in Springfield, MO and Tupelo, MO this weekend.
Skillet will be lighting up the Premier Festivals scene this summer and has been announced as a headlining artist on four festivals so far: Rock the Park, WonderJam, SpiritSong and KingsFest!
Ryan Stevenson (Eye of the Storm) will be joining SpiritSong and KingsFest, too!
Likewise, JoyFest is chocked full of Billboard nominees with Kirk Franklin, Tamela Mann, Travis Greene and Tasha Cobbs on the roster of both JoyFest festivals this summer!
We enjoyed appearances by Zach Williams (Chain Breaker) on several Winter Jam dates – the tour just wrapped up its 47-city, three-month sprint across the nation.
