Congratulations to Grammy Nominees – Tori Kelly, Lauren Daigle, for KING & COUNTRY, MercyMe and More!

On Sunday, Feb. 10, Grammy Award winners will be announced on CBS. The 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live on the CBS Television Network,Sunday, Feb. 10 2018, at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT.
We are happy to announce that some of the top Christian artists promoted by Premier Productions are in the running for Grammy Awards this year.

Tori Kelly has been nominated for Best Gospel Album for her album Hiding Place andĀ  Best Gospel Performance/Song for Never Alone, featuring Kirk Franklin, who also co-wrote the song with Victoria Kelly. Premier Productions promoted and produced Tori Kelly’s 20-city sold out “Hiding Place Tour” this past fall.

In the running for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song are Lauren Daigle for the song You Say, for KING & COUNTRY for their song Joy and MercyMe for Grace Got You, along with Cory Asbury (Reckless Love) and Tauren Wells (Known).

For KING & COUNTRY recently wrapped up their Little Drummer Boy Christmas Tour, including two dates in Charlotte and Raleigh that were promoted by Premier Productions in conjunction with Young & Associates. The band is continuing their burn the ships tour next spring after releasing the album by the same name earlier this year.
Following the wake of the blockbuster hit movie based on the life of lead singer Bart Millard, MercyMe contines their Imagine Nation Tour 2019 with Crowder & Micah Tyler next spring.

Lauren Daigle is currently on her sold out The Behold Christmas Tour and will continue her spring run of her Look Up Child Tour next year. She has been nominated for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for her latest album Look Up Child. In this same category, Elevation Worship has been nominated for their album Hallelujah Here Below, and they just announced the 2019 leg of their Hallelujah Here Below tour that kicks off January 21. In 2018, Jesus CultureĀ  embarked on an international summer tour and stateside fall tour to celebrate the Living with a Fire album, which garnered them a nomination, as well. Rounding out the category are two more great artists – Michael W. Smith for Surrounded and Zach Williams for Survivor: Live from Harding Prison. Zach Williams is planning to tour with Casting Crowns next spring on their Only Jesus Tour.

Some of the Gaither Homecoming artists – past and present – have been nominated for Best Roots Gospel Album of the year. The nominees in this category include The Martins for their album Still Standing, The Isaacs for Favorites: Revisited by Request, Gordon Mote for Love Love Love, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound for Clear Skies, and Jason Crabb for Unexpected.
